Instead, we have a network of trusted appraisers and auction house professionals that we can connect you with to ensure you get accurate and professional valuations for your items.
How much notice do you need for a home clearout?
We book 2-3 months in advance for some clients, but normally 2-3 weeks for an average 3,000 square ft home.
Which cities do you do clearouts in?
Estate Services By Christine Caroline offers home clearouts everywhere in the Greater Vancouver area. This includes North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Langley.
If you are located outside of these areas a transportation fee may be applied.

Absolutely. A large part of our service is dedicated to helping out-of-town and out-of-country executors. We serve families from across the United States, Europe, and Asia. We manage the entire process remotely and keep you fully informed with regular updates, photos, and video walkthroughs, so you have complete peace of mind.
