My family hired Christine and  Estates Sales By Christine to clean up and clear out my sister’s house after she passed away. With us being in Alberta, it was very difficult to travel to Vancouver and get time off work. Christine was able to clear and clean the entire house within a couple of weeks, and also staged it for viewings. I don't know what I would have done without Christine's services to handle a large estate liquidation.  The home that had to be liquidated was in another province to where I live, which added another level of complication and stress.  I went through all the paperwork in the home which was overwhelming in itself, then left Christine to deal with everything else in the fully furnished 3,000 sq. ft. five bedroom residence.  I'm sure I would have had to live there for over a year to deal with everything.  It was just too much for one person to handle, as well as dealing with the loss of a family member.  Thank goodness for Christine and her crew who tackled and dealt with it all in one week. I had so much confidence in Christine's work ethics that I did not stay or fly back to check on everything.  When the job was done a local friend did the walk-through with Christine, and I was told she and her crew left the place in immaculate condition.  It was show-home ready for when it is put up for sale. Thank you Christine for your hard work, knowledge, dedication and energetic spirit, as well as having a passion for what you do. My experience with Christine and her team was excellent.  I had quick and clear communication from the start, and then the service on the actual clear out day was efficient and hassle free.  It was reassuring to have one business be able to handle both the estate treasures that are destined for a new life in another home, and also the removal of the items that were at the end of their lifespan. My mom's attorney set up Christine's services just prior to my coming from California. She is outstanding in her organization, there is just nothing she does not do, she brought the boxes,  bubble wrap, paper to wrap items, tape etc. She gets rid of the recycling, not just regular items but has a secure place to take all of mom's secure business and bank paperwork, she knows the professional names of all items to be sent to auction, she can help get rid of medication, garbage, housepaint , items you just have no idea what to do with or who to call. She works fast, on time, calls you back so quickly. She is worth every penny. On a personal note , this was my childhood home of 60 years. I would have wanted no one else to be there to help take such great care and respect with mom's  items , Christine takes care of all your items as if they are her own. She is kind, personable and incredibly honest ( she found valuable jewelry hidden and brought it all to me ). She held my hand during tearful moments and gave wonderful advice when I asked for help. In one word: Superb. Christine is one of the best professionals I have ever worked with, in ANY field. Even before we hired her, she gave us tons of helpful advice on how to sell both the house and its contents. As she walked through the place, she saw the value and potential in everything – from high end antiques to (even) used motor oils and cleaning supplies! She uses multiple auction houses and recycling centres, and her goal is to send as little as possible to the garbage. As someone to work with, Christine is excellent. She’s positive, friendly and enthusiastic about what she does, while at the same time being very knowledgeable and deeply caring. From the very start, we felt we could rely on her. Her team worked hard and delivered, even on short turnarounds. And they truly did clear out EVERYTHING, leaving the house in great shape for the next owner. The most amazing service ever! Christine and her team went through my Moms home in two and a half days - it would have taken me 6 months. Less than a week after I contacted her and it’s complete. She took the burden off my shoulders and gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time.
